We are here to work for you, not the insurance company.
An estimate is just a starting point for the damages to your vehicle. We work daily with insurance adjusters through the process of your repair.
If vehicle damage is missed, found or additional parts are needed, we capture digital images of that supplement along with a written explanation and a receipt for the additional parts to present to your adjuster.
Additionally, you will be notified as repairs are being completed. Once all repairs are complete, you will receive an itemized final estimate of everything that was done to your vehicle.
